When an unmet clinical need is identified, innovators may propose different solutions. We provide assistance for innovators to conduct a comprehensive early stage evaluation of their proposed solutions, including market research and feasibility analysis. Specifically, we aim to verify the clinical need by collecting and analyzing clinical feedbacks, and to iron out initial strategic plan by addressing key terms including clinical issues, regulatory pathway, technical hurdles, intellectual property landscape, competitor landscape, and future directions, among others. Innovators can therefore create a product development plan that accurately meets market demand.

When a project is formally initiated, we are able to provide critical resources needed by innovators, including but not limited to financial, personnel, and technical support, shared office and laboratory equipment, customized consulting services, and resources covering the full industrial chain. We can also provide guidance from technical, clinical, and human factors aspects to ensure complete and compliant design and development planning, design input and output, and design review process.

When the design is completed and the product enters the prototype development stage, we can equip innovators with our unique technology platforms, and introduce collaborators at different development stages to provide service support. We will help the innovators to conduct process verification and product performance verification, as well as animal experiments, clinical evaluation, and clinical trials. Such continuous improvement, optimization, and verification of product design will accelerate the development process of prototype that also complies with both technical requirements of regulatory authorities and customer needs.

When the design is finalized and the product enters the production stage, innovators can either establish their own production line or choose to use our clean pilot plant, or external CMOs with top manufacturing capacity for pilot and full-scale production.

When the product is ready for marketing, we will introduce KOLs to innovators to promote clinical use and improve market acceptance. Our professional bidding team will create a comprehensive and effective bidding strategy to accelerate access to market. Academic marketing will increase exposure of the product, and we will help the innovators to identify distributors with comprehensive channels so that the product would break into the market, improve its market share, enter clinical application faster, and better serve doctors and patients.
